Cranberry Bisquits
Ho, Ho, Ho! Yappy Christmas!
We have went festive with our recipe this month, though be careful as humans can eat these bisquits! BOL!
And be careful if you sneak onto your Mum's Amazon account and order large bisquit cutters by accident!
Ingredients:
230g plain flour
60g dried cranberries
50g water
25g coconut flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 eggs
Method:
1 Preheat oven to 160 fan. Line two trays with parchment paper.
2 Beat the eggs and set aside.
3 Combine the plain flour, water, coconut oil and dried cranberries together in a bowl.
4 Mix in the eggs and mix together with hands.
5 Add the coconut flour, mixing thoroughly. The dough should easily form a ball.
6 Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut with bisquit cutters.
7 Place bisquits on the baking trays and bake for 18 minutes or until crisp.
8 Let the bisquits cool
Storage:
They will store in a airtight container for up to one week.
