The Sighthound Savoy wins National Award

Maria and Pete Yarnold who have been running The Sighthound Savoy since 2017, a professional home boarding for sighthounds in Accrington, Lancashire, were recognized at the IMPACT 2023 – The Disnify Your Pet Business Success Summit held in Sunderland, where they were awarded the prestigious title of “Best Niched Pet Sitting Business 2023”

The event was conducted by Dominic Hodgson, with Guest speaker and Disneyworld Customer service expert, Vance Morris.

Attendees developed their “Customer Service Manifesto” that included: Creating a WOW experience, focusing on the details, “Plussing” (Walt Disney’s term for improvement).
