Tigger's Tails - September 2022

Hi Pals,
First of all I have very sad news that Tigger Club News Scottish repawter Skye suddenly bimbled across the Rainbow Bridge on the 28th of July, leaving her humans and spaniel brother Sparky in a state of shock.

I wish to thank Skye for her entertaining adventures and repawts of dog friendly places to visit in Scotland.
So I raise a paw and bid a fond farewell to Skye.

Thank you Skye, cheers and run free pal!

I was in the dog house last month after a quick comedy type of chase.

Since lockdown gave my human more time at home, they have been working through the chores list that they normally never had time to do. Last month was getting around to doing the window and door painting outside.

As it was a really hot and sunny day I was sun puddling outside on one of my beds.
My human had even put the scary metal step ladders to stop me going in and out of the door.
They had finished painting the back door and had just started painting the step with some white masonry paint.

All was going well until a passing car came racing past and at that very moment created a large bang, which in my opinion can not be healthy for the car. I was that scared I ran through the step ladders, up the step and past the painted door and frame.
I was quickly followed by my human, which was quite impressive as the step and door frame was covered in wet paint. So they had to do a swift super human type leap into the house BOL!
My human was panicking in case I was covered in paint and getting it everywhere. As my human’s shouting seemed more urgent than normal, I had not jumped up only to the sofa or ran upstairs. I had just lain down in the middle of the sitting room carpet.
Despite the door, frame and steps having wet paint, I had only managed to get masonry paint on my front and rear left paws.
After a quick google search I was quickly cleaned up along with the carpets. BOL!

I will be sending my human to help on Lilymoo’s stall at The North East Dog Festival on the 3rd and 4th of September
Pop in and say Hi if you are there too.

Nose bump to you
