Hi pals.

We have got to tell you….that it is sooooo weird with a girl living here now! We’d say that we don’t really like it, but it doesn’t matter. Apparently we have no say and she has to stay. Momma says so.
Alas.

Mabel. Mabel is a sassy thing. Momma calls her Little Miss Hiss (MOL).
All she does is pick on us all the time…and we don’t do nothing to her to deserve it. If she walks by us when we’re sleeping, then she smacks us! If we walk by her minding our own business, then she smacks us! She hisses at us all the time. She doesn’t do that as much as she used to. But she still hisses at us a lot. She doesn’t really growl at us anymore either. Thank goodness, because that was getting really annoying.

Poor Butter Bean gets the worst of it. Mabel likes to follow him and ambush him. You’d think he would know to keep his eyeballs on her. Maybe one day he’ll learn.

But when Mabel is around Momma, she is the sweetest kitty. But Momma has seen her be a meanie to us too. She tells her to stop, but Mabel doesn’t listen (well, sometimes she does listen). She doesn’t do anything because she says Mabel can do whatever she wants because she is the only girl. That’s a bunch of nonsense! It’s not fair! Just because she’s a girl she gets away with everything!

It was better when it was just us boys!
