Hi pals.
Last month we told you all about the solved mystery with the mousies in the vents in the house.
Well, the story continues, and just keeps getting better.

Last month, Butter Bean (Mister Show Off), caught three mousies inside of the house! OMC!
Was Momma surprised and shocked to see him playing with his prized catches each time. Each time she saw someone playing with a murdered mouse, it was Butter Bean. So, we feel that it’s safe to say that he was the one who committed the crime.

AJ only became involved because he wanted to play. He did no murderous acts whatsoever. We were all so surprised that Mabel had nothing to do with this! Especially since she was the one stalking the mousies this whole entire time!
While Momma was proud of Butter Bean and (even) AJ, she was so disappointed in the rest of us. She called us lazy cats!
She took a mousie and put it in front of each of us. CheezIt said, “What do you want me to do with that thing,” and ran off. BoyCat walked away and said, “I’m old and have arthritis. What do you expect from me?” Mabel sniffed at it and sniffed at it. She really wanted it. But Butter Bean kept wanting it back. So Momma just threw it outside so it wouldn’t get lost. She is such a party pooper.

Anyway, that’s the mouse saga for now. We’ll see how it continues into next month.
