Hi pals,
Well it's the festive period and New Year and it seems like we're heading for another Covid lockdown. Probably by the time you read this we'll be in our fluffy Aldi beds not moving for two weeks! It's so hard isn't it, for the run up to Christmas one of my humans had Covid, he was quiet and sleepy and didn't go out for a whole ten days.... anyone would think he was a greyhound. I was getting quite confused with it all I can tell you.

Family meetings were cancelled but I still managed a day trip to Seaford as Elaine was allowed out. Something to do with a test in a tent that said she was negative. So off to Seaford we went, I do like it there and it was one of those calm beautiful days when the sea is flat and there's no wind. This doesn't happen often on the south coast. Needless to say, I took my dog stroller chariot with me and hopped in and out as I saw fit. A bit like one of those open top tourist buses. I'm proper loving it now and Elaine leaves the front open so the choice is totally mine.

Seaford was quiet, like Brighton in December. Even though it's the festive season everyone is avoiding town. I am making the most of it though, I've lost a lot of doggy friends to old age recently, like Holly and Storm, and I shall not rest when I can bimble on the beach! So my Christmas plans involve lots of pub, beach and shop visits. All my French family are hopefully visiting, PCRs allowing, and we're going to party albeit in the house.

I hope all my friends have and have had a lovely Christmas and you never know 2022 may bring lots of adventures.
Failing that, I'll go for kindness and sausages in huge measures.
