Hey hot pals, well it's all been about the weather in the last few weeks, eh? Hot, hot, hot. In my seaside town of Brighton, it topped over 30 but often feels cooler because of the breeze. Well, I say breeze but normally it's a whopping south westerly!! I personally love the heat and the sunshine and try to sit outside in it as much as I can. However even I had to hide indoors for a few days and only bimble about later at night. Although boring in the day it meant for lovely evening paddling on the beach.

Cooling wise I also have a mat to lower my temperature and a not so lovely hose. Elaine also uses the ice packs in the freezer which keep me cool for hours. I hope all my pals remained safe throughout. It's nice to have a proper summer, but not a dangerous one.

As I haven't been away in the heat the last month I thought I'd look where I was this time last year and what the weather was like. I was in Hunstanton, Norfolk and it was blistering hot then too! Obviously, our global warmed summers are getting hotter. It was the first trip with my chariot to the Sandringham estate and along Hunstanton prom. It's funny to think of the miles I done in my wheels now. I'm hoping to take them away again soon but maybe I'll need to get some air con fitted in the van first....
Keep cool pals,
Doz the hot x
