Luxurious Liver Cake

Notes from Tess:
My younger brother Rufus went to our vets for a check-up, and he is to build up muscle mass.  So, I thought I would make him some liver-cake as he has never had any before. 

We tweaked the recipe a little to give it added 'nutrients', though Mum said gravy might not be classed as added nutrients.  But the gravy does make it luxurious and all our friends that we shared the liver-cake agreed!  BOL

Ingredients:
400g lambs liver
400g self-raising flour
3 medium eggs
250ml weak salt free gravy

Method:
1 Line three loaf tins with baking paper and heat the oven to 180 degrees.

2 Blitz the liver in a food-processor and then add to the flour in another bowl.

3 Add the eggs and gravy and mix until no trace of flour.

4 Split the mixture between the baking tins and bake for 25 minutes.

5 Leave to cool in the tins and then cut into chunks or slices.

Storage:
Will keep in the fridge for a week of freeze.  And keeps fresh when getting posted to Skye and Sparky.
