Mango Cookies - Makes 21
Notes from Tess and Rufus:
We like mango, all bright and summery looking. Actually, being spaniels we like most food! BOL! These cookies would be nice with some doggy ice-cream or yiggy-yoggy-you. They are very east to make and smell lovely.
Ingredients:
250g mango puree
120g plain flour
90g oats
Method:
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan and line or lightly butter two baking sheets.
2 In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to make a gloopy mix.
3 Using a spoon, place dollops (roughly a spoonful) of the mixture onto the baking sheets.
4 Bake in the oven for 25 mins until golden brown and remove from the oven.
5 Leave to cool completely on the baking sheets
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
