Tess and Rufus in the kitchen
Pumpkin, Sweetcorn & Turkey Pawserole 

We have been harvesting at our allotment plot and harvested 3 pumpkins and a pawsome amount of sweetcorn. 
We thought we would use some in our recipe and this could be our best yet!  Mum said our recipe looked much better than the pumpkin curry she made!  BOL!


Ingredients:
500g turkey mince
500ml weak chicken stock
175g chopped pumpkin
125g cooked rice
125g sweetcorn
1 tbsp flour
dash of oil

Method:
1.  Heat oven to 200 fan and lightly oil a tall sided dish.

2.  Add the rice, then the stock and flour and mix well.

3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes until the stock thickens.

4.  Let cool before eating.

Storage:
Will keep in the fridge for 3 days or can be frozen.
