Sleepy Bisquit - makes 16

We always get a bisquit after our night time constitutional trip to the garden.  Dad said we should make a 'sleepy' style bisquit so we have!  BOL!
Mum said she could only get a big bag of the chamomile, so if anyone wants to make this recipe and wants some then get in touch.

Ingredients:
220g oatmeal
1 medium banana
1 tbsp oil - do this first as it helps the honey slip out the measuring spoon
1 tbsp runny honey
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp fine chamomile

Method:
1 Preheat oven to 180 fan
2 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3 Roll into golf ball size portions and place them on a baking tray.
4 Press the balls to slightly flatten the bisquits.
5 Bake in the oven for 15 mins and leave them to cool.
6 As a treat you could soak one of the bisquits in some milk.

Storage:
The bisquits will keep fresh for 7 days in an airtight container.
