New Cuisine challenge for 2022?

While chatting to old and new pals on social media over Christmas, the conversation starter was a question I asked, which was a choice of sprouts or cabbage.
Peaches suggested it could be the beginning of a great new trend. The new cuisine challenge for 2022. Anything we can do with cabbage... Can it be done with sprouts ? and vice versa.

There was talk of a cookbook in the future....Of Cabbages, and Sprouts.

So here is the challenge for 2022 pals. Who’s human has made a pawsome meal out of an unusual ingredient. Not necessarily an unusual ingredient, just unusual for that one meal.

So get your thinking caps on and send in your culinary successes.
Don’t forget to include the name of your meal, the ingredients, how you made it and a picture of the meal too. It could be a meal either for you or your human.
