The Capers of Cilla
- April 2025
Hola de Espana!
I can't believe it, they've only gone and bought me back to my homeland. Thankfully Elaine promises this is not for good as this is just a continuation of my first holibobs. Phew, muy bien, I get to keep my family. It's funny being back though as I can hear Spanish accents and I definitely remember them.
France was super fun, we travelled down to the south and stayed in Montpellier with family. They have a very tall thin house so I spent a lot of time running up and down the spiral steps much to Elaine's horror. I'm a very agile pupster. The town was a bit scary with lots of people but I was very brave and within a few days was skipping like a local chien.
Entonces we moved down the coast stopping off quickly in Pezenas to catch up with a friend called Dottie the labrador. We had great fun zooming around a vineyard whilst the humans droned on about travels. And now we're near Roses in Espana. Last week I visited Doris's favourite spot in Cadaques and ate some seaweed. Not sure I was supposed to do that but apparently I have no decorum, muy bien Cilla! The beaches are stony there so I was glad to get to Roses for some sandy speed digging and serious running. Infact the beach is so big and perfect it's almost fake.
I do so love my capers, I've eaten a pair of doggy pyjamas, some of my bed, many sticks and some sand. I've run on stones, grass, sand, gravel and concrete and I can't get enough of it.
Muy bien and hasta next time my friends, I've spotted a cyclist I need to bark at....
