Gilbert's Gallop first began back in 2008 as Fun 4 All Dog Club. In May 2016 Gilbert's Gallop moved to the beautiful setting of Lubcloud Farm Charley Road, situated on the border of Shepshed and Coalville.
During the serve winter of 2016 we stopped agility classes and re-launched at the beginning of 2017 as a Apollo’s Park Secure Dog Walking Field, including events for social meetings for dog-friendly dogs.
With the CoVid-19 pandemic we have never been so busy. With adhering to government guidelines for customer safety and asking all of our clients do the same.
It is now more imperative than ever before to book early to save disappointment - people are able to meet in a safe and secure outside location and to adhere to social distancing without compromising their dogs well-being.
November 2020 we moved to online booking and with the sad loss of Great Dane Gilbert, we honored him with re-naming our little business to Gilbert's Gallop!
The history of the club started with my idea for a fun pet dog club, in a safe environment, with a friendly group of like-minded people.
The aim was for it to be in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Today we continue ensuring we are open and friendly to not just the dogs, but the owners too.

Gilbert's Gallop is 2 acres of high secure stock fencing, set in the beautiful countyside of Oaks in Charnwood. The stunning views offers freedom, peace and tranquility, yet all in a safe and secure field.
There is plenty of space and fun activities for your dog to release pent up, frustrated or nervous energies. You will be taking home a satisfied, calm and happier dog.
Ideal for dogs with nervous energies, poor social skills and avoids fustrated destructive behaviours through exercise and freedom to run off leash.
There is plenty of open space to practice obedience skills and recalling techniques or just have fun with the fun activities provided.
Provided for the dogs enjoyment or formal training, a full range of agility equipment is set in it's own secure area, all included in each booking!
If dogs want more fun, they'll love jumping on the trampolines and climbing the hay bales or running through the multiple tunnels.
Make yourself a hot drink or take a seat on our picnic benches...and relax watching your dog enjoying themselves!
