About:
Green Flag award winning Pretty Corner Woods, located on the outskirts of Sheringham, is jointly managed by the Council's countryside team and the Woodland Trust.

Look for the fluttering wings of bats, bullfinches, kingfishers, butterflies, buzzards, owls and woodpeckers.
Tread carefully around the woodland flowers and ferns.
Look out for the scarlet flowers on the red campion, and the white tips of wood sorrel.
Sssshh! If you’re really quiet, you might even see a deer munching on the long grass, or spot a slow worm sunning itself in the heathland areas.

Events take place at Pretty Corner Woods, mostly during the summer months.

Facilities at Pretty Corner Woods include two car parks at either end of the woods – parking is available all year round and is free!
Pretty Corner Tea Rooms (privately owned) is next to the wood offering a good selection of food and drinks.
Or why not bring a picnic and take advantage of the picnic area.

There is a bus stop situated next to the woods with good links to Sheringham and the surrounding area.

Review: Olly Pup
We were going to go for a woodland walk, but a little way in, the humans saw a sign for "Tea Room" and that was that.
Which was a shame because Pretty Corner Woods looked very promising.
The humans were making positive sounding noses at what they could see.
We will be going back this summer and we hope to do the woods and gardens as well.
Ally wants to do the sea view walk, we want to do the food walk.
