On 1st March 2016 our beautiful Poppy went over the Rainbow Bridge. We all miss you so much sweetheart, always in our hearts x

The first photo is of our beloved Poppy about a week before we said goodbye to her, she was very frail but went downhill very fast in those last few days so we did the last thing that we could for her. She went over the Rainbow Bridge at home with the family that she loved and who loved her so much stroking her and holding her .
