Upon entering, a well-equipped kitchen comes complete with soft furnishings, and hosts a dining table and chairs so that you can enjoy your favourite meals in comfort.A cloakroom rests on this floor for your convenience.Just off from this a front-facing, single bedroom looks out to a lovely lawned area, overlooking the road that sweeps ahead.Take the stairs, and you will be met by two double bedrooms, one with ensuite, beautifully arranged with a lovely partial sea view.Follow a second set of stairs up to the third floor which boasts a wonderful sitting room with a breath-taking backdrop and a Juliet balcony and roof terrace, with wonderful sea views.Pour up a glass of wine, and embrace the sea-side landscape that drifts in the distance.On a sunny day you can relax on the patio area, just outside, to make the most of this superb location.Wander over to the beach or into Newbiggin-By-The-Sea, with its collection of shops and pubs, and of course the popular beach.3.3 miles away is the town of Ashington and within reach is Stakeford, which overlooks the River Wansbeck.All-in-all, this is a contemporary, well-styled property for a calming stay.
