Entry Charge:
There is a charge unless you are a National Trust member.

Parking:
There is plenty of parking here with additional overflow parking for any big events.

Dog Friendly:
Loads of water bowls throughout the site. Staff are very dog friendly. Dogs must be on lead all of the time.

  Facilities:
There is a cafe and toilets. There are climbing and playing things for mini humans to keep them entertained. The hall has several steps into it so if you have mobility problems or are a dog you can't get in the building, but there are loads of things to see that are within our reach. Access throughout the site is pretty easy an does have plenty of well maintained paths for anyone with mobility problems.
There are plenty of rest areas, seats and sheep (not real ones) for you to sit on if you need to rest on your walk around the site.

Notes:
The actual site is not very big and can be easily walked within a relatively short space of time. However there are plenty of flowers in the gardens and features to look at and sniff.
Their website does mark out a few long walk routes which would involve more planning, packed lunch and plenty of rests along the way.

About 3 hours

Would I visit again?:
Yes I would as there are lots of things to see and sniff around the hall grounds and the nearby woods. I will probably try out some of the longer walk routes next time.
