Winston "Winnie" the Ferret

Tell me a little bit about yourself.
I am a four year old ferret and try my best to get as much sleep in as possible (we sleep for about 22 hours a day). I am a tea drinker. And will climb my humas legs if they are sitting at the table, and actively look for a cup of tea. it's not particularly good for me, so I only get a thimbleful, and I take it cool, with milk, no sugar ( sugar is extremely bad for ferrets). I am a very particular little friend, and will only take tea with my human Daddy, never with mummy. I do not like coffee. My formal name is Winston but I am Winnie to family and friends.

How many siblings do you have and long have you had them?
All humans are my willing servants. I live with Archie, an albino and Jester, a polecat coloured ferret. There are also two cats in the house but they seem to vanish whenever I try to play with them.

Do you work? If so where/what do you do?
I'm not a working ferret, I live in the lap of luxury. Some of my distant cousins are working stock, they help Mr Farmer keep the rabbit population in check.

If you could choose your name what would it be?
I quite like my name as it is, but I would appreciate a title. Sir Winston has a certain ring to it.

What is your favourite food?
My favourite food is raw chicken, rabbit and pheasant. I'm licking my lips just thinking about it! But I also love my special kibble and a treat that my humans buy for me at great expense called Ferretone.

Where is your favourite place to be?
My favourite place to be is on my daddy's lap sharing his morning cup of tea. I'm only allowed a small amount, but I do love it so

What is your favourite way to entertain yourself (annoy your humans)?
I love to play with my brofurs, running and jumping and doing something that is unique to ferrets, called dooking! I like to dook round my humans feet while she is carrying heavy things. I also wouldn't be a true ferret if I didn't try to steal things like car keys and hide them!

What is your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment is staying healthy to date. Ferrets are very prone to tumours, but I'm happy to report that I'm hale and hearty!

What isd your next goal in life?
My next goal is to trip mum up while she's in a hurry, and to steal daddy's slipper.

If you could be/do anything for a day, what would it be?
If you could be/do anything for a day, what would it be? There is NOTHING in life better than being a ferret!
