Hello Every pawdy!

We hope you are making it through this heat (or cold...depending where you live). It has been so hot where we are here in Chicago! We haven't had the windows open in forever. It's so sad the way we have to be made to live like this. We're sure many of you know this kind of abuse by well meaning humans.

Mom gave us a teeny tiny pool with baby toys in it to play with. We mean it is the teeniest, tiniest pool you have ever seen. It is not big enough for anything to go in. She just wants us to swat at these toy thingys, which is stupid. We just pulled them out and ran off with them,so she just took them away. She said we were getting everything wet. Isn't that the point?? Anyway, we just take drinkies out of it. Our Mom is so incompetent. She used to be better. We don't know what happened to her (pathetic).
Maybe taking care of us has driven her insane (MOL).

It's been so hotsy totsy outside that there haven't been many critters around to watch. So disappointing. It hasn't helped with the depressing abuse we've been experiencing (we're sure you're all very well aware of it as well). The entertainment value and quality has fallen to very low levels around here.

However, there are a lot of baby raccoons that like to watch and study us! We think they want to come inside and play with us. There are eight raccoon babies and two raccoon mamas! We thought there were only four...until we saw them all together. That was a surprise....looking outside and there's a crowd out there! They come right up with their noses to the door looking at us like we are the strange looking things.
Whatever little babies.

Hopefully this month is better all around....
We get windows open. We get better entertainment. We get better treats (we're sick of the same old flavors). So many improvements need to be made to reach our impossible satisfaction.
