Fersit Log Cottage is a detached log cabin situated 3 miles by a single track from the main A86, based in the small hamlet of Roughburn in the Highlands of Scotland. Set over the ground floor, this inviting chalet-style property would be ideal for a family or group of friends who want to spread out and relax in the Scottish countryside. Be welcomed into the open-plan living area, acting as the social hub of the property, here you can kick back on the sofa in front of the woodburning stove, reflecting on the day’s adventures and planning the next few days to come. The kitchen offers a well-equipped setup for the group chef, appointed with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher, so you won’t have to lift a finger when washing up, whilst the dining table offers a charming spot to enjoy mealtimes. Throw open the patio doors and step out onto the full-length decking, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee whilst the snowy mountain vistas tempt your exploration. Move into the bedrooms to catch your rest, offering a choice of king-size and twin bedded, each furnished with fitted storage and bedside tables, served by a bathroom with an alluring Jacuzzi bath - just want you’ll need after a long day of fell walking.
