Tess and Rufus in the kitchen
Banana, Blueberry and Peanut Butter Pupcakes - Makes 15

Ingredients:
150g dog friendly peanut butter
150g low fat cream cheese
125ml water
100g self-raising flour
75g runny honey
75g rolled oats
30g & 15 blueberries
2 ripe bananas
2 medium eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Method:
1 Preheat oven to 160 fan and line a 12-hole cupcake tin with cupcake cases.
2 Add the banana and blueberries and mash together.  Add the peanut butter, honey and eggs and mix together
3 Add the flour, oats, baking powder and water.  Mix until combined.
4 Split mixture between the cases. and bake for 20 minutes until golden on top.
5 Leave the pupcakes to cool completely.  At this stage remove the pupcakes from the cases (the cases aren't really that nice to eat! BOL!)
6 Once pupcakes are cold spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on each pupcake and add your decorations - blueberries we used.

Storage:
Store them in the fridge and eat within 7 days or freeze them (without the toppings).
