Banana and Almond Cookies
Happy New Year! We thought we would do a healthy treat to start off the new year! BOL!
Ingredients:
200g almond butter
70g flour
1 egg
½ a banana
1tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2 Mash the banana, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until thick and gooey.
3 Spoon small dollops onto the parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
4 Remove from the oven and let the cool.
Storage:
Will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
