Frozen Plum and Yoghurt Bites
We were given lots of plums by our friend, Mr Ian, from the allotment.
Mr Ian is CPP at his son's doggy day care and it is a very important job - Chief Poo Picker! BOL!
Mum has used a lot of the plums and I took some for this month's recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup of plain Greek yoghurt
5 small plums
- cored and chopped into small pieces
Silicon Molds
Method:
1 Mix the yoghurt and chopped plums together until well mixed
2 Spoon mixture into the molds and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
3 Pop out the treats from the mold and eat straight from the freezer
