Tigger's Tails
- October 2024

Hi Pals, First of all the sad news that our very own pup quiz hound, Ellie has gone across the Rainbow Bridge to join back up with Perry.

Ellie and Perry were already repawters that sent in repawts of their adventures and escapades. Who can forget the great sprout incident of April 2021! They have been creating the monthly pup quiz for everyone since July 2022.

Even though Ellie and Perry are now over the Rainbow Bridge, their pup quiz will continue.

Run Free Ellie and Perry and thank you for all of the laughs and pup quizzes.

Last month was a bit of a celebration for my humans.
They actually got to see the Aurora Borealis, for real without the use of cameras or anything.

Here are some tips my humans used to see the Aurora Borealis.

To see if there is any activity, you are looking for wispy type of white cloud. Look at the picture to see what I mean. You will still see these clouds before your eyes have fully adjusted to see the colours.

Go outside and stand in the dark for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Once your eyes adjust to the darkness you will see more stars and more importantly the colours. Although they will be much less vivid than the pictures others post online using their cameras.

Once your eyes have adjusted, you will be able to see the colours a bit better, although the will still seem very faded but definitely there.

When my humans saw the Aurora Borealis, it was classed as a level 3/4, but the colours were there, just really faded. They were brighter than their tragic photography evidence. BOL!

I would imagine a level 4 or 5 and being in a darker area would make the colours a lot more vivid.

Until next month
