Long Play Café NE1 3JF

48-52  Sandhill  Quayside  Newcastle
Food and Drink

About the Long Play Cafe:
It all started on a summer's day on Grey Street!
Founders Jon and Chris - both Cafe Managers at the time - were casually discussing their love for Vinyl and Music over an Espresso (or three) when they had a sudden enlightenment - Long Play Cafe was born!

After only a couple of months of planning and developing (and quite a few name changes along the way) Long Play Cafe opened its doors for the first time on Saturday 11th October 2015 and the rest, they say, is history!

Facilities:
They are a coffee shop, kitchen and vinyl café.
Not only can you pop in for a coffee and a bite to eat but you can also put a vinyl onto the turntable and listen to it while you relax.
There are a selection of vinyls for sale too.
There are occasional live gig events.

Food:
The coffee is specially selected from local  independent roasters around Newcastle.
Not into coffee? They have a good selection of loose leaf tea too.

Food. There is a good selection of food including their breakfast that can be ordered at any time of the day and their almost famous pulled pork stottie from their deli selection.

The kitchen shuts 1 hour before the café shuts.

Dog access:
Dogs are allowed.

Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7am-7pm
