Welcome to Geordie Cani-Sports 👋🏼🐾 We are a friendly club located in North Tyneside, our aim is to introduce people in the area to the fun sport of mostly canicross but also BikeJor & Scooter.
We currently hold social runs at several locations in and around North Tyneside & occasionally have 'away days' in different areas.
You're welcome to join us at any of our social runs regardless of your experience or level of fitness. Nobody is left behind. However you must be a club member in order to gain access to social runs.
It's not necessary to have a specific breed of dog to enjoy canicross, just having a sense of fun and running with your best friend will be reward enough. We do however recommend anyone with a brachycephalic muzzle to get vet to check the dog over before taking part.
Junior runners are also welcome with a supervising adult running also.
You are welcome to join us on up to 2 introduction to Canicross sessions or 2 puppy/oldie Cani-Hike sessions before signing up to our membership. ALL club members must have attended at least one introduction session before joining club.
Our yearly fee’s are charged at
£18 per adult
£9 per child
This gives unlimited access to our social runs, insurance on our runs & events & access to kit.
